Coached to 5K is a personalized running program that takes you from the couch to running 5 kilometres (3.1 miles) in structured sessions. But here’s what sets us apart: the majority of these sessions are led by a professional coach in person. This means you get real-time feedback, motivation, and support from an experienced runner who knows exactly what it’s like to start from scratch.

Our coach is not just an experienced runner but someone who began their running journey just like you—by running from lamppost to lamppost. They understand the challenges and triumphs of starting from the beginning and have since transformed into a seasoned runner with years of experience.
